TxDOT and other government sources are identified directly where used.
Source vs. analysis separation
TSC calculations, comparisons and editorial study areas are identified as TSC analysis rather than government findings.
Raw-count limitations
County totals are not described as risk rankings unless an exposure-adjusted analysis supports that conclusion.
