Be Seen Before They Choose an Attorney.

Branded consumer resources. Organic search and AI discoverability. Your firm’s clearly labeled advertising throughout the included TSC assets serving your territory—while potential clients research their claims, before they choose an attorney. Final territory boundaries and included placements are specified in the subscription agreement.

One monthly subscription combines territory advertising, eligibility for consumer-requested attorney inquiries and Texas Claim Intelligence (Settlement Evaluation Tools) for evaluating settlement values. Consumers can use TSC’s calculators without requesting contact. When contact is enabled, an inquiry is a consumer’s voluntary request for contact with the specific verified paid advertiser displayed to them; no minimum number of inquiries or retained clients is guaranteed.

Monthly subscription with monthly renewal, no 90-day minimum commitment and no 30-day cancellation notice. Cancel before renewal to end service at the current paid monthly period end. Includes territory advertising, eligible consumer-requested inquiries and Texas Claim Intelligence. Review-delay and material-service-change refund rights remain. Applies to new subscriptions accepting version 2026-10-08-v5; enrollment remains paused.

Your firm throughout the included territory assets

The key asset is your firm’s clearly labeled advertising across designated calculators, supporting local resources and other included consumer pages in your territory. These placements create multiple opportunities to be seen while consumers research their claims—before they decide which attorney to retain.

Claim- and injury-specific content, local pages, clear structure and internal links support organic search and AI discoverability. Resources address questions such as “How much is my herniated disc claim worth?”, “What affects a lumbar radiculopathy injury claim?” and “What if I suffered both a herniated disc and a concussion?”

If a consumer requests contact with your displayed firm, TSC sends that request only to your firm through the platform; it is not simultaneously distributed to another participating firm.

Applies to a consumer’s voluntary request for the displayed, verified participating firm when contact is enabled. Consumers remain free to choose any attorney. Search rankings, AI inclusion, traffic, inquiries and retained clients are not guaranteed.

Enter your firm name—see your sample advertisement. Choose your territory and select View Territory & Preview Your Firm below. Enter your firm name, then explore Calculator Placement, Resource Placement and Attorney Profile. No account, appointment or live demonstration is required.

What Your Firm Receives

Three benefits. One territory subscription.

Territory advertising

Your firm's clearly labeled presence within the designated territory and included placements.

Structured consumer-requested case inquiries

Reported claim facts, contact preferences and recorded consent organized for initial review, with missing information identified.

Texas Claim Intelligence (Settlement Evaluation Tools)

A private workspace for evaluating settlement values and preparing firm-branded five-page reports for your firm's own matters.

How a consumer requests contact with your firm

  1. 1. Complete an assessment

The consumer answers questions and reviews the preliminary result or individual-review explanation.

  2. 2. See the participating firm

The available verified paid advertiser's identity is displayed before the consumer decides about contact.

  3. 3. Choose whether to request contact

Contact is voluntary. The consumer provides matching contact details and an affirmative request.

  4. 4. Receive the organized inquiry

When contact is enabled and routing requirements are met, the selected firm receives the inquiry. No substitute firm is selected.

Preview available now. Actual attorney contact and inquiry routing remain paused pending State Bar advertising review approval.

Requested Attorney Contact

Why the Consumer Journey Matters

Consumers may arrive while researching what factors can affect an injury claim, before deciding whether they want attorney contact. The calculator and educational resources remain available without requiring that request.

When a verified paid advertiser is available, the consumer sees that participating firm's identity before deciding whether to request contact. If the consumer affirmatively requests that firm's contact, TSC may transmit the request only to that selected firm. TSC does not hold an unassigned request for later transfer to a new subscriber and does not substitute another law firm if the selected advertiser becomes unavailable.

Fictional consumer-facing example

What a consumer could see when attorney contact is active

This example is for attorney demonstration only. Advertising Review Mode currently keeps live attorney contact disabled. When the feature is active and a verified paid advertiser is available, the consumer sees the participating firm's identity before deciding whether to request contact.

Fictional example only

Would you like this firm to contact you?

This fictional firm represents a paid territory advertiser. Its appearance is based on the advertising territory, not estimated claim value, injury severity, or an assessment of which lawyer is appropriate. You may choose any lawyer or continue without contact. If you request contact, your request would go only to the firm shown here.

Demonstration only. No attorney-client relationship is created by this example. TSC does not recommend or endorse the fictional firm and does not select an attorney based on claim facts.

How the Attorney Program Works

Texas Settlement Calculator is consumer-first. People can use the calculators and educational resources without being required to contact a lawyer. After reviewing their information, a consumer may separately request attorney contact. Territory participation is a paid advertising subscription that makes the participating firm eligible to receive consumer-requested inquiries assigned under the platform's defined-territory and active-participation rules.

1. Review a territory

Review geographic coverage, pricing and current availability.

2. Verify the responsible lawyer

Submit the firm name, responsible Texas lawyer, Bar number and primary practice location for TSC verification.

3. Subscribe

After verification is approved and Advertising Review Mode is lifted, complete monthly Checkout. Successful Checkout reserves the territory and establishes the written service Activation Date.

4. Evaluate inquiries

Your firm independently performs conflicts, evaluates the facts and decides whether to offer representation.

Consumer journey

How a Search Can Become a Consumer-Requested Attorney Inquiry

Texas Settlement Calculator is building an organic discovery path around Texas claim questions. Attorney contact remains a separate consumer choice after the consumer uses the platform.

01

Search

A consumer searches a Texas injury, claim-value, trucking or DWI question.

02

Discover TSC

The consumer reaches a calculator, local guide, research page or educational resource.

03

Report factors

The consumer may provide accident, injury, treatment, insurance and other claim information.

04

Review information

The platform organizes reported factors into educational preliminary information.

05

Choose contact

The consumer independently decides whether to request contact from a participating attorney.

06

Consumer-selected advertiser

If a verified paid advertiser is available, the consumer sees that specific firm before consent. A request is sent only to the displayed firm the consumer selected—not to a substitute chosen from claim facts.

Search visibility, traffic, inquiry volume, contactability and retained clients are not guaranteed. Consumers remain free to choose any attorney.

Serious-Injury Consumer Discovery Strategy

Texas Settlement Calculator is building organic visibility around the questions injured Texans ask before selecting counsel, including significant injury, surgery, treatment, wage-loss, commercial-trucking and DWI claim questions. TSC does not publish platform traffic, conversion, inquiry-volume or territory-performance analytics to participating firms or the public.

Commercial Trucking Accident Calculator

Consumer resources include city-specific 18-wheeler case-worth pages, freight-corridor guides, commercial-truck evidence resources, insurance-limit explainers and original Texas crash-data research.

Current trucking coverage includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Seguin, Laredo, Houston, Beaumont/Port Arthur, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Midland and Odessa, plus statewide resources.

DWI Accident Victim Calculator

DWI resources address preliminary claim-factor questions, evidence considerations, insurance, Texas law, city-specific crash context and a dedicated consumer calculator pathway.

These resources are designed to reach consumers while they are researching claim questions before choosing counsel. Traffic, rankings, inquiry volume and future search visibility are not guaranteed; the content describes the platform's current acquisition strategy rather than a promise of future performance.

Included attorney technology

Texas Claim Intelligence — Tools for Evaluating Settlement Values

Your territory subscription includes a private workspace for evaluating settlement values in matters your firm is reviewing—including cases that did not originate through TSC. Based on the data entered regarding the injured party and claim—including injuries, treatment, medical expenses, lost income, responsibility and insurance—the tool organizes the information into a structured assessment. When sufficient information is available, it provides a preliminary claim-value range and a conservative comparison. Texas Claim Intelligence (Settlement Evaluation Tools) supports your professional judgment; it does not independently verify the entered information or replace your evaluation of the case.

1

Enter the current-file facts

Select the accident context, responsibility, diagnoses, treatment and surgery history, medical economics, work impact, causation, prior conditions and recovery-source facts. The tool does not begin with a preloaded case or default dollar range.

2

Compare two transparent assessments

Review the full current-file assessment beside a conservative current-file scenario. Established diagnoses, completed treatment and past economics remain; forward-looking amounts can be excluded without applying a percentage haircut.

3

Generate the client report

Create a firm-branded five-page PDF explaining the range, injuries, treatment, economics, supporting factors, uncertainties, recovery-source context and the assumptions used in the selected scenario.

Structured matter review

Organize diagnoses, treatment stage, surgery or procedures, medical expenses, symptoms, work impact, prior conditions and reported recovery-source information in one consistent framework.

Broader injury coverage

The current framework includes herniated-disc and other spine injuries, radiculopathy, post-concussion syndrome, fractures, shoulder, knee, hip, CRPS, burn, internal-organ, amputation and spinal-cord injury families, with treatment and surgery evaluated separately.

5-page client valuation reports

Generate an attorney-branded client report showing the preliminary range, injury and treatment profile, economic and functional information, supporting factors, uncertainty, methodology and attorney note. A conservative current-file scenario can omit identified forward-looking components without applying a hidden percentage haircut.

Attorney judgment remains controlling

The workspace is a structured case-review and organization aid. It does not replace independent legal analysis, medical review, investigation, expert input or the participating firm's own valuation judgment.

Territory + acquisition + claim intelligence. The subscription is designed to provide more than eligibility for consumer-requested inquiries: it also includes a private tool participating firms can use in their own intake and case-review workflow.

Texas Claim Intelligence (Settlement Evaluation Tools)

Five-page client valuation reporting

Review a fictional serious-injury example showing the full current-file assessment, a conservative current-file scenario, and the structure of the five-page client valuation report.

What Participating Firms Receive

A territory subscription provides participation in the defined market and eligibility to receive consumer-requested attorney inquiries assigned under the platform's territory and participation rules. It is not a purchase of a guaranteed number of inquiries, clients, or cases.

  • One paid participating advertiser position for the defined territory at a time
  • Consumer-requested attorney inquiries assigned under the participating territory's routing rules
  • Available intake information such as accident type and accident location
  • Available injury and medical-treatment information provided by the consumer
  • Available insurance and claim-factor information collected through the intake
  • Availability to consumers using commercial-trucking and DWI pathways when the firm is the verified paid advertiser for the applicable territory and the consumer affirmatively requests that firm
  • Access to the platform's attorney inquiry workflow and dashboard
  • Access to Texas Claim Intelligence (Settlement Evaluation Tools) for structured review of the firm's own matters
  • Attorney-branded 5-page client valuation reports with transparent current-file scenario assumptions

What is not guaranteed

Texas Settlement Calculator does not guarantee website traffic, a minimum number of inquiries, contactability, signed clients, case quality, case value, legal fees, settlements, verdicts or financial results. Each firm independently evaluates every inquiry and determines whether representation is appropriate.

Review the territory structure, routing model, pricing and operational considerations before choosing a Texas market.

Review Territory Availability

TSC offers one paid participating advertiser position for each defined territory at a time under the current program. Territory enrollment and checkout remain disabled while the attorney-advertising materials are under review.

Important Program Information

Motorcycle accidents are not included anywhere in the Austin or Waco–Temple–Killeen territories, including Waco, Temple, Killeen and Fort Cavazos. Other covered accident categories, including DWI and commercial trucking, remain included, subject to the motorcycle exclusion whenever a motorcycle is involved.

Territory subscriptions purchase advertising placement and eligibility to receive consumer-requested inquiries within the defined territory. Participating attorneys do not purchase a particular case or legal fee, and Texas Settlement Calculator does not receive a percentage of any recovery or attorney's fee.

Inquiry volume, contactability, matter characteristics, signed clients, legal fees, and financial results are not guaranteed. Each participating attorney independently evaluates every inquiry, completes conflict checks, determines whether representation is appropriate, and decides whether to accept the matter.

Consumers are not required to hire a participating attorney. Paid participation does not mean that Texas Settlement Calculator has determined that a particular attorney is the best attorney for a consumer's matter.

Territory subscriptions are also subject to the Attorney Territory Subscription Terms, including recurring billing, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and territory-release rules.

Advertising & Compliance Notice

TexasSettlementCalculator.com operates as an attorney-advertising and Internet-based consumer-inquiry platform. The platform does not recommend or endorse a participating attorney or law firm and does not select a lawyer based on analysis of the consumer's legal problem. Territory subscriptions are paid, flat-fee advertising placements. For new subscriptions under the current terms, TSC independently verifies the responsible Texas lawyer's identity, State Bar number, primary practice location, and current eligibility to practice law in Texas before Checkout. After Advertising Review Mode is lifted, successful monthly Checkout reserves the territory and establishes the written service Activation Date. When a verified advertiser is available, the consumer sees that firm's identity before deciding whether to request contact. TSC's claim analysis is not used to choose the advertiser, and TSC does not substitute another firm if the selected advertiser becomes unavailable. Pricing shown is the platform's current published territory rate card. The rate for an active subscription is governed by the applicable subscription agreement; future rate cards may change.

This communication is attorney advertising material. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. © 2026 TexasSettlementCalculator.com · Texas
