Be Seen Before They Choose an Attorney.

Put your firm's advertising in front of people researching Texas injury claims.

One monthly subscription combines advertising in a defined Texas territory, structured consumer-requested inquiries when attorney contact is enabled, and Texas Claim Intelligence—including firm-branded five-page reports for your own cases.

No bidding for your TSC advertising placement. One paid participating advertiser per defined territory. A predictable monthly subscription.

Firm-placement previews are available. Enrollment and attorney contact remain paused pending advertising review.

Start With the Questions Injured Texans Are Asking.

  • “How much is my 18-wheeler accident claim worth in Houston?”
  • “What affects my claim if a drunk driver injured me?”
  • “How could surgery or ongoing treatment affect my claim?”
  • “What if I cannot return to work?”
  • “What if the available insurance does not cover my losses?”

These questions guide TSC’s content strategy. The platform connects three dimensions of claim research: the accident type, the Texas location, and the issue affecting the claim.

How the Pieces Work Together.

Consider someone researching an 18-wheeler accident in Houston. A local trucking guide provides a starting point. A dedicated commercial-trucking calculator organizes reported claim information. Related resources address evidence, insurance, treatment, and wage loss.

Internal links connect those subjects, helping consumers explore additional questions as they arise. The DWI pathway follows the same approach, connecting a dedicated calculator with relevant claim resources and local context.

This coordinated structure supports TSC’s organic-search and AI-discovery strategy: develop useful resources around specific questions and connect them into a coherent research experience.

Where Your Firm Fits.

Your firm’s clearly labeled advertising appears within the resources included in its territory subscription. Consumers can encounter your firm during their research, see its identification, and separately choose whether to request contact when attorney contact is enabled.

Search rankings, AI inclusion, traffic, inquiries, and retained clients are not guaranteed. Consumers may use the resources without requesting attorney contact.

Commercial Trucking and DWI: Two Core Discovery Pathways.

Commercial Trucking

A commercial-trucking calculator, city-specific 18-wheeler claim guides, freight-corridor resources, a black-box/ELD evidence guide, and a commercial-truck insurance-limits explainer.

DWI Accident Claims

A DWI accident-victim calculator, local DWI guides, a DWI evidence-preservation checklist, and a Texas DWI victim resource center.

Included with your territory subscription

More Than an Injury Checklist. Structured Claim Analysis.

Texas Claim Intelligence considers how reported diagnoses, multiple injuries, treatment, completed surgery, medical expenses, work loss, prior conditions, and available recovery sources fit together.

Connect the Reported Facts

Consider injuries, treatment, surgery, medical economics, and work impact together in a structured preliminary assessment.

Identify Uncertainties

Check whether reported diagnoses and treatment fit together, distinguish completed care from proposed treatment, and flag missing information that may limit a useful assessment.

Compare and Explain

Review the current-file assessment alongside a conservative scenario, distinguish potential claim value from possible recovery, and prepare a firm-branded five-page report explaining assumptions and uncertainties.

Built for Your Firm’s Existing Practice

Use the workspace for matters your firm is reviewing—including cases that did not originate through TSC. Review the entered facts, assumptions, and uncertainties before using the assessment in client discussions.

Based on entered information. Requires independent attorney review. Does not predict settlements, verdicts, or actual recovery. Advertising relationships do not alter valuation methodology.

Monthly Participation. Clear Terms.

Your firm handles intake and evaluates each inquiry. Managed marketing, campaign reporting, and case-outcome tracking are not included.

  • Monthly renewal with no minimum multi-month commitment or advance cancellation-notice period.
  • Cancel before renewal to end service at the close of the current paid monthly period. Review-delay and material-service-change refund rights remain under the subscription terms.
  • Before checkout, TSC verifies the responsible Texas lawyer's identity, State Bar number, primary practice location, and current eligibility to practice law in Texas.

These provisions apply to new subscriptions accepting version 2026-10-08-v5. Enrollment remains paused pending advertising review approval.

Important program information

Motorcycle accidents are included in all territory subscriptions except Austin and Waco–Temple–Killeen. In those two territories, the exclusion applies whenever a motorcycle is involved, including crashes involving a commercial vehicle or suspected impaired driver.

Territory subscriptions purchase advertising placement and inquiry eligibility. They do not purchase a particular case or legal fee. TSC receives no percentage of a recovery or attorney's fee.

Organic rankings, AI inclusion or citations, traffic, inquiry volume, contactability, case quality, case value, retained clients, legal fees, settlements, verdicts, and financial results are not guaranteed.

Participating firm placements are paid advertisements. TSC does not recommend or endorse firms or select a lawyer based on analysis of a consumer's claim. Using TSC or requesting contact does not create an attorney-client relationship.

TSC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Preliminary claim ranges are educational estimates, not predictions of settlement, verdict, or actual recovery.
