One Paid Participating Advertiser Per Texas Territory
A verified paid participating firm is displayed to consumers in its defined territory. If a consumer affirmatively requests contact from that displayed advertiser, the request may be transmitted only to that selected firm. TSC does not substitute another firm based on claim facts.
What the one-advertiser territory model means
After payment and participation verification, your firm may be displayed as the paid participating advertiser for its defined territory. A consumer request is transmitted only when the consumer affirmatively requests contact from that displayed firm. Consumers remain free to contact other attorneys independently.
How consumer-requested inquiries are delivered
Some lead marketplaces distribute the same inquiry to multiple firms. Texas Settlement Calculator instead offers one paid participating advertiser position per defined territory at a time. If a consumer affirmatively requests contact with the displayed firm, TSC does not simultaneously distribute that same request through this platform to another participating firm for that territory.
How the paid territory advertising position works
TSC offers one paid participating advertiser position for each defined territory at a time under the current program. Once payment and participation verification are complete, the firm may be displayed as the paid advertiser for consumers in that territory. If that advertising position is already occupied, the territory shows as unavailable until the subscription ends. Consumers remain free to contact or hire any lawyer, and a TSC request is sent only to the displayed firm the consumer selected.
How Texas Settlement Calculator handles it
Depending on what the consumer provides, a consumer-requested inquiry may include reported responsibility, injuries, treatment, insurance information, and calculator claim factors. Information may be incomplete or unverified, and the participating firm independently evaluates whether representation is appropriate. Pricing is a flat advertising subscription, not calculated per inquiry, and Texas Settlement Calculator does not receive a percentage of any legal fee, settlement, or recovery.

Texas Settlement Calculator offers territory-based advertising subscriptions. Available territories, current pricing, geographic coverage, and program disclosures are shown on the For Attorneys page.
Territory participation is not limited to the case type highlighted on this page. For new v4 subscriptions, responsible-lawyer verification is completed before Checkout. After verification is approved, Advertising Review Mode is lifted, and monthly Checkout succeeds, the firm may be displayed as the paid advertiser to consumers in its defined territory across supported car, truck, motorcycle, DWI and other injury-claim pathways. Motorcycle accidents are not included anywhere in the Austin territory or anywhere in the Waco–Temple–Killeen territory, including Waco, Temple, Killeen and Fort Cavazos. Consumer contact occurs only when the consumer affirmatively requests that displayed firm. No particular inquiry volume, case mix or delivery is guaranteed.

What happens if my region is already taken?
A region held by another firm shows as unavailable until their subscription ends. You can join a waitlist or choose an open territory. Availability is determined by the platform's current territory-participation and checkout rules at the time a firm seeks to subscribe.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is a flat monthly advertising subscription for your selected territory. It is not calculated per inquiry, and Texas Settlement Calculator does not receive a percentage of any legal fee, settlement, or recovery. Inquiry volume, contactability, signed clients and effective cost per inquiry or client are not guaranteed.
What types of cases are included?
Consumer-requested contacts from your region may involve car accidents, motorcycle crashes, commercial-truck crashes, or DWI-related injury claims. Available information depends on what the consumer provides and should be independently reviewed.
